Positive: The breakfast was very complete, the location was great, lots of (tiny) windows for a good aircirculation!
Negative: The showersink left a strong smell which was only to be stopped temporarily by running water through; there were quite some musquito's, and a lot of traces from other people's fights with them too

Negative: The slightly tatty bathroom, no lift (elevator), garden could have the nicer seating wiped off.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, excellent quality of breakfast, lovely staff. Fabulous location.
Negative: All minor issues which would not stop me from staying again: Lack of heating in communal area (no lounge only hall which was beautiful but freezing). Breakfast items often ran out and had to ask for top ups of many items, water not replaced in room, musty smell in bedroom (loft room).

Positive: -Breads were so good in breakfast. -Kind reception. -Heating was working well
Negative: -Sound proof. - Outdated facilities. *Spa bath button was hard to find how it works. And it wasn't working smoothly. And also not working well every time. There is no menual. *I almost broken my ass born cause sofas were too worn out to have a cushion feeling. And the cover of sofa looks dirty becauseI too old.) -a Chair in Dressing room was dirty.There were traces of past customers. -All cover for old furnitures were looking dirty. But I am not sure it was dirty or too old. That made me feel uncomfortable to rest well. -tooo expensive on this condition of the room. (I paid 2person 177€ including tex and break fast.) -Room was Very different with picture. -There was a problem with the shower room's drainage, so the water didn't drain well. Even shortly after taking a shower.
Summary: Room was very different than I expected and too expensive.

Positive: Located near the city centre, all is at walking distance (or public transport). You don't need your car! Very cool hotel, charming as it says. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you anytime.
Negative: No bad experience at all.
